On a été très bien servis. L’employée avec qui nous avons fait affaire nous a vraiment aidés, nous a bien informés et a été très patiente. Nous avons grandement apprécié. Grâce à elle, nous avons trouvé ce qu’on voulait. Très satisfaits de notre expérience chez Bouclair.

My experience with this store has been so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. If you’re considering buying from them, save your money and your sanity—look elsewhere.
​The Service is non-Existent. I have tried to contact the costumer service by emails, website form and phone calls, with no response. They are simply ignoring my contact with them. The virtual assistant says that it would transfer the call for a human agent, and the call is disconnected.
​While receiving a defective item is annoying, a company's response is what matters. In this case, there is zero accountability.
​Selling broken goods is bad enough, but refusing to communicate with customers is unprofessional and deceptive.
​Do yourself a favor: skip the "deal" and shop with a reputable retailer instead.

J'ai bien aimé l'accueil par un employé en mentionnant l'événement Famille et Amis en m'expliquant les rabais. Au début de ma rentrée, je ne le savais pas ! J'ai trouvé ce que je voulais !

Un excellent choix de décorations et le service est vraiment parfait, vos dames sur le plancher ainsi que celle à la caisse sont gentilles, souriantes, disponibles, ça fait du bien d’être reçu avec le sourire, on voient qu’elles aiment leurs travaille . Un gros merci à toutes l’équipe.

La vendeuse m’a suggéré de venir quelques jours plus tard quand je trouvais un article trop cher pour mon budget et effectivement, j’ai trouvé l’article à 30% de rabais 4 jours après.
