Elin was the perfect person.she treated me as i was the only person with hearing problems. She treated me with respect and spoke very calm explaining everything perfectly.

everything was wrong they gave me an appointment when i turned up on time, they said i wasnt on the system when i showed the card with the time on they said can you come back in 3 hours, it got worse after.

Everything about my experience with Elin was excellent, such a lovely lady, very knowledgeable and helpful.

I recently visited Boots Hearingcare for a hearing test and was thoroughly impressed by the service. From the moment I arrived, the audiologist was incredibly bubbly and had a wonderful personality that immediately put me at ease.

She was extremely well-versed in all the latest hearing technologies and took the time to describe everything clearly and simply, ensuring I understood every step of the process. Her professionalism, combined with her friendly approach, made what could have been a daunting experience completely stress-free. I felt listened to and well-cared for throughout the appointment. Elin is a very kind, friendly and professional lady who is very patient, caring and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she ensured I was happy and understood my hearing aids before we left the store. I felt very comfortable talking to her in a quiet relaxed environment.

Very easy to access and get an appointment. Elin knew exactly what type of hearing aids I needed and within minutes she had set-up and fitted me with specialised ones that suddenly opened up a world of sound that I'd been missing.

Excellent in depth consultation, testing and examination given to determine my level of hearing loss. The technician explained the process every step of the way and was very knowledgeable about the hearing aid products. He explained all the different features and answered any questions I had. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend boots hearing centre.
