I would have no hesitation in recommending Haleema at Boots Windsor. I have not been the easiest of patients and she has gone the extra mile to get me the best possible experience with my hearing aids. She is very patient, understanding and goes that extra mile to make sure you are really happy with your hearing even though I must have taken more of her time than she might have expected. Boots in Windsor Pharmacy are no better than useless. Told me a prescription would be in on Saturday, drove over and was told it was not the " wait for text" "but I got a text. "well someone does know what they are doing, wait text" So no text and I call, phone rings and rings and rings. Useless is too good for Boots Windsor, certainly changing to an independent pharmacy.
My review got a response of email us and we will contact you. Like the prescription which should have been in on Saturday, nothing no contact, no text as promised to collect the prescription, no email to fix problem. Pity I have paid them £299 for the private script because they have my money and I have nothing but promises.

Haleema Rasheed was outstanding! She was so patient and kind, recognising that I was a little overwhelmed with being told I had problems with my hearing. Nothing was too much trouble for Haleema; she explained everything so clearly, reassuring I could contact her if I had any issues. Thank you Haleema!

Haleema Rachid very good as audiologist in boots hearing care Windsor UK. Had difficulty paying as head office payment system down. Was told someone would contact me but they never did and had to come back next day to pay. Also bit alarmed to see on customer reviews that 81% of reviewers gave Phonak a one star rating and only 8% a five star rating. Read some horror stories about Phonak not giving good customer service from head office.

The professional and friendly approach of audiologist, Haleema made a lasting impression on me. I learned so much about my hearing and felt very at ease and listened to at every appointment. Although I didn't continue with hearing aids we worked together over several weeks to get the best experience using them. I cannot praise her enough, she is patient, empathetic, knowledgeable and a clearly very experienced practitioner, I can only recommend.
I will be back for a check up in 2 years and will then probably relent to having hearing aids, but at least I know exactly what to expect!

I paid £2,500 and was assured this was a life time purchase in 2021 they at now no longer supporting my phonak 90
I have to pay over £40’to upgrade one part and another part is becoming obsolete
To quote the ad I should of gone to spec saver i feel like im being shoe horned into a £3.5 k upgrade and im not prepared to do it

I had a problem with the hearing aid charger so my aids were not working and I had great difficulty dealing with folk. This was at the weekend. I emailed my audiologist at Windsor. She found a spot and I was there next day. She confirmed the difficulty arranged to send the charger for repair and loaned me another so I could continue as normal until it comes back.
Signed sealed and dusted in 15 mins absolutely amazing.
Excellent is just what this lady is. and gives, to her clients she acts with true dedication professionalism and kindness

I felt that the audiologist was extremely professional and caring and even though my appointment ran over time while a feedback issue in one ear was carefully dealt with I never felt rushed.

I made an appoinment with the Audiologist at the Windsor Branch for a Hearing Test as i thought my hearing was not as good as it used to be.
Haleema, the Audiologist was absolutely brilliant, making sure that i was comfortable with the process, fully explained my results & explained that i would hear a lot better with the use of Hearing Aids.
From that day onwards, i have not looked back, from a re-test, to buying the hearing aids, the adjustments over a period of six months to ensure that everything was spot on & working properly.
My hearing aids are brilliant & my hearing is brilliant now as well.
Haleema has been fantastic right through the process, professional, friendly, helpful & 100% Customer Care focused, questions & queries, easily solved.
I know that I made the right decision & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Haleema & the team at Boots in Windsor.

The initial service was very good and the audiologist was friendly and thorough. Based on this, I decided to purchase the top-of-the-range hearing aid, expecting a noticeable improvement.

Unfortunately, the device has not helped with hearing speech at close range, which was one of my main concerns. I have had several adjustments and updates and a receiver replaced. I contacted the practice by email within the 90-day return period to raise these issues and ask for adjustments or advice. However, I received no response at the time, later being told the audiologist was off sick.

By the time contact was eventually made, I was informed that I was now outside the 90-day return window. This was frustrating, as I had clearly tried to raise the problem within the allowed period.

Overall, while the initial experience was positive, the lack of timely communication and the outcome with such an expensive, top-of-the-range product has been disappointing.
It’s difficult to get an appointment at my local branch which means travelling for adjustments Monday to Friday.

My elderly Mother has had her long awaited appointment cancelled again. She has been without working hearing aids for a few weeks and was looking forward to finally getting them fixed tomorrow. Living alone and without being able to hear, isn't much fun for her. Very disappointed.

would like to make a formal complaint regarding my recent experience at your Windsor Boots Opticians store.

On my visit, a staff member named Sharon tried to sell me lenses for £299 and frames for £50. However, when I visited your Reading Boots branch for the same lenses, I was quoted a significantly lower price for identical products. This inconsistency in pricing is very concerning and feels misleading.

Additionally, my interaction with Sharon was quite uncomfortable. On a previous visit, I was five minutes late for my appointment, and she told me she couldn’t see me — even though other staff said they could accommodate me. She also appeared very pushy and determined to make a sale, despite my explaining that I am a disabled customer and that my prescriptions are free. I felt pressured and disrespected during the whole encounter.

I am very disappointed with this experience and would appreciate if this issue could be investigated. I would also like reassurance that staff receive proper training regarding accessibility, customer respect, and fair pricing.

Please confirm that this complaint has been received and let me know what actions will be taken.
