Ria Patel really resolved my long term hearing issues having seen a number of health specialists over a number of years who never quite managing to help me. Ria explained everything very clearly and left me and my wife feeling that we finally had the solution.

One of the worse service we have…
One of the worse service we have received. This was at Boots hearing centre, London N20. We went for a hearing test and we were hardly given more than 10 mins. It seemed Boots does not care about customers. The person was quick enough to give us the price list without explaining anything further.
We were extremely disappointed.

A very pleasing and informative experience even though there a was alot to take in. I am enjoying wearing this product. A well informed and knowledgeable audiologist. There was no hard sell.

3 visits and my hearing was perfect again
I've attended 3 appointments, Initial hearing test, Detailed hearing test and Hearing aid fitting. All were as scheduled and Ria Patel explained everything at each step of the process.
After the final fitting today, 6th March 2023, I felt comfortable with my first pair of hearing aids and was able to continue with my life. I could hear much better without anyone else noticing the hearing aids.
