Full marks to the audiologist, Lama. She was helpful, friendly and very professional. I had the benefit of her expertise without feeling I was being pressured to buy.

My hearing test could not have gone any better! The lady who did the test was very thorough in examining my ears, taking a medical history and conducting the test. She also gave very good follow up advice as to when I should arrange another test in the future.She was totally professional and very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Lama was very good ,explained the differences in hearing .and advised to have a comprehensive hearing test. Options were discussed. Would recommend her .

Prompt friendly and efficient

The lady was very polite and she asked various medical questions which I answered.she was very through and explained that there was a slight change in my hearing on my left ear and I should have a hearing test in two years being aged 63.it went smoothly and was quite quick 15 minutes in total.

Completely useless. The shop sells no hearing products. First visit, they said in the 'hearing section' that the expert was not there, but that prescription people could help. Went and queued up to be told, no it was hearing section. Returnedto be told to come another day when thelady would be back. Go back another day and was told the expert was actually away for a few weeks. I ask where the products areas as i know them. Oh, we don't sell any hearing products 😵‍💫!

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Megan, who truly went above and beyond to help me. I needed assistance with finding the right foundation and concealer shade from L’Oréal, but there was no one available at that counter. Despite being from the NYX Cosmetics counter, Megan stepped in without hesitation. She spent a generous amount of time helping me find the perfect match and was incredibly kind and professional throughout the process.
Unlike many others who might have turned me away since it wasn’t part of their area, Megan was not bothered at all. She was genuinely happy to help. Her dedication and attitude made a big difference, and it shows what true customer service should look like. Thank you, Megan! Boots is lucky to have someone like you on their team.

I was a bit apprehensive- I knew my hearing was bad ! After having my initial appointment a week previously I was here for the full hearing test. After which oh yes we need aids. Zac was great explaining the pro and cons of the different hearing aids. I made my choice and have a fitting arranged for Monday 21/10/24 at 4pm.

The Audiologist, Zac, was great. Knew his stuff, best I've encountered. Thorough and helpful.

Excellent and sympathetic service

I had a very positive experience at Boots Hearingcare Westfield London. The audiologist put me at ease immediately and was exceptionally clear in his communication about the testing process, choice of hearing aids, fitting and aftercare -- and about hearing loss in general. I had been experiencing hearing loss for years before I took the big step to get hearing aids, and am glad I chose Boots. I felt I was in safe hands and would recommend the service to anyone.
