Hearing test with Jacqueline
Had hearing test and acquired hearing aids. Jacqueline couldn't of been more helpful. A very pleasant person and made us feel at ease from start to finish. From the actual test to other check ups to make sure I had the levels right she was very professional. Highly recommend her.

The whole process of booking an appointment and the subsequent experience was smooth, painless and effective. It was easy and fast to book the appointment online. On the day I received a friendly and efficient welcome from the Boots representative the hearingcare speacialist carried out the test in a calm, efficient but patient-sensitive way. All very professional and I would definitely use them again

Fatima the audiologist was lovely and…
Fatima the audiologist was lovely and really put me at ease about wearing a hearing aid.
I was very sceptical at first but with her knowledge and patience I feel happy now and look forward to hearing clearly again!
I would recommend Boots Hearing to friends and family with hearing concerns.
