First time going to boots for hearing aids. First class service, everything explained thoroughly wide choice of hearing aids and things to go with it very clear layout if you wish to do credit on the purchase and absolutely nothing to worry about when you leave.

My husband Mike has NHS hearing aids but his hearing using them was not good. Mike saw an advert in Boots optician saying they had facilities for Hearing care as well as eye care so he made an appointment to see Nitto the audiologist. Mike only had to wait for a week to see Nitto. Over about 3 months Nitto using very up to date equipment measured and fitted aids which work well, are comfortable and improved Mike's hearing . He is so pleased and so am I. Well done Nitto.

Very attentive. The specialist ensured that the product was right for me, fully worked and that I understood how to get the most out of the product. So far I have been delighted with it. However, I had to return to the store the next day after my fitting from the town where I live because the payment system was not working.
