Sam was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable

I was very happy with the service I received for my ear cleaning, which also came with a bonus hearing test. Everything was explained clearly beforehand which was helpful as I can get quite anxious. The procedure was very quick and not remotely uncomfortable. Bilal really put me at ease.

I had a very thorough full hearing test on 27 July and ordered hearing aids on the same day with the expectation that they would arrive within two weeks. I received a phone call the following morning to say they had arrived and that they could be fitted immediately! Unbelievable quality of customer service from Samvel and Dionisio to whom I am so very grateful. Well done Boots Hearing Care - you really are the best!

All the Staff have to be complemented on their professionalism, handling of Patients when dealing with the Microsuction procedure and the general atmosphere of the Unit where the Practice is, is nicely air conditioned. Dionisio and his Team ought to be congratulated on their patience especially with me, especially as I have never had my Ears done before and their Equipment is far better than Specsavers ( sorry swear word).

Maram was fantastic. Such a joyful, professional person.

Brilliant Service
Came in for a hearing check and was running a bit late cause the buses were delayed. Even though I was late, the team still saw me which I really appreciated.

I had an accident a few years ago that caused this high-pitched ringing in my ears. The gentleman I saw explained everything properly and made it easy to understand what was actually going on.
He checked inside my ears with a camera and showed me I had wax build-up in both ears. He told me to use olive oil for a week and booked me in for a wax removal appointment.
A week later, I came back and saw the same gentleman again for the wax removal. I was honestly pretty nervous cause I’d never had it done before, but he explained everything clearly and reassured me it wouldn’t hurt. The whole thing only took a few mins.
Afterwards, he showed me the wax he removed and the before and after pics of my ears. Not gonna lie, it was weirdly satisfying seeing the difference once the wax was gone.
Straight after the appointment, I had a hearing test done as well. He explained my results really clearly and said I had normal to mild hearing loss. He also told me to visit my GP if the ringing carries on and gave me a letter to pass along.
The whole team, especially Sam, were really friendly and accommodating, even though I turned up late twice.
Would defo recommend coming here for a hearing test. He turned what I thought was gonna be a nerve wracking appointment into a really chill and positive experience.
Big thanks to Sam for sorting my ears out. I genuinely feel so much better now. Didn’t even realise how much I needed the appointment till afterwards. Proper glad I came in.

Extremely comprehensive and efficient hearing examination conducted by the competent audiologist named Maryam.

The team was super lovely! They are accommodating as soon as I walked into the store. The audiologist I had was very experienced and knowledgable - I felt like I can really trust them with my hearing issues whereas other places I have been to felt more like they wanted to sell anything to me. So glad to have come here!

I chose to get hearing aids from Boots hearing care because of good personal recommendation and good reviews on Trust Pilot. Unfortunately after getting the hearing aids I have had poor health and multiple hospital visits.
At the initial consultation I said that my main problem was not being able to hear other people in small groups. I have found that the £2000 aids do not help. The surrounding noise is amplified.
I arranged a6month check up. Firstly I was upset that my original branch was now closed and the nearest was an hour bus journey away. Then when I arrived, the audiologist quickly showed me a chart of different aids at different prices snd said that the aids I had been sold were not suitable for my hearing problem and I should spend another £3to £5kon better ones. This is on top of the £2k already spent. She said I should have alerted them to the issue within the trial period but of course I was constrained by my ill health.
She did change the domes and tubes but I left feeling angry. It felt like one big sell and not hearing CARE. No idea what I’ll do now.

I went to the store at 5:30pm after commuting for 1 hours and the store was closed. On google it says that the store closes at 7pm. So disappointing.
