The clinician was friendly and approachable, there was no hard sell at all. Felt very comfortable and they were very knowledgeable, answered all of questions.

Very clear explanations from Sana Ali…
Very clear explanations from Sana Ali and Ashley (would who did the initial screening) at Boots Hearingcare Trafford Centre. Options and benefits explained well and I didn't feel rushed at the consultation and fitting appointment. Only had the aids 24 hours and clarity of sounds is improving already. They're also very discreet and the colour option was handy due to the increasing greyness of my hair.

This is my first venture into the private hearing aid market and I was a bit nervous but the whole experience has so far been very good . Ashley the audiologist was very understanding and put she put me at ease she was also very patient & listened to my requirements I’m hoping on the final fitting day everything will go to plan .

Excellent Service
So popped into Boots for an eye test and was coerced by my wife to take a hearing test at the same time !
The report turned out to be much worse than I expected, and I did need the aids.
Sanah was my tester, and the thoroughness of her examination, her manner, her demeanour, , and her sense of humour completely softened the whole experience - even though she eventually relieved me of a £1600 fee !!!
I really appreciate it , in this day and age, to be attended to by such a professional and empathetic member of staff .
I felt I had the best advice, and wonderful service

Top Drawer...I've got my hearing back!
After years of struggling with NHS hearing aids I decided to try Boots Hearing Care at the Trafford Centre, Manchester. The service, care and professionalism shown by Sanah who did my tests was Top Drawer...I can now hear clearly for the first time in many years. Thank You Sanah for giving me my hearing back.

Very professional staff from the start
Very professional staff from the start, in-depth explanation of my hearing loss and the need for hearing aids to improve my quality of life. I was able to walk around a noisy environment for over a hour to see the difference they would make. I have purchased but not picked up the new Phonak Sphere i90 hearing aids, so this review is based on my experience with Boots Hearing Care Trafford Centre which I would totally recommend.

Un-rushed, high quality, totally professional and caring support
Sanah Ali heads up this facility inside Boots at The Trafford Centre, Manchester. She takes away all the angst that accompanies the need to consider hearing aids and replaces it with enough information and support that all that's left is the desire to get on with wearing the aids and experiencing the benefits that she's led you to expect. Bravo.

Sanah Ali at the Trafford Centre branch dispelled any fears or doubts about buying a hearing aid after putting of the purchase for years.
