The Audiologist explained everything really well and took time to do so.

Very important decision
I was extremely nervous about having a hearing aid but Helen put me at ease after she explained to me in detail. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. I did think about going to different company that provide hearing aids but I have always trusted Boots. I have been their customer for more than 40 years.

My audiologist was very knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the results of my hearing test in detail. In general, he was kind and friendly but very professional. With regard to actual hearing aids he showed exceptional knowledge and explained everything in precise detail. I would recommend your service to anyone.
