My mother had hearing aids for the 1st time fitted by Tim, the overall experience was excellent. We weren't rushed and Tim was very patient and thorough. Would highly recommend.
Although staff are very helpful the product I was sold is continually malfunctioning I'm back to square one but £3.000 out of pocket very disappointed

The audiologist is assuring and…
The audiologist is reassuring and welcoming. First time for hearing aids so it was a big step but the whole experience was excellent.

Excellent test and so helpful
My father-in-law found Tim Smith to be very helpful and he explained everything very clearly
We are returning this weekend to have hearing devices fitted and we are looking forward to the visit
