Sell rather than service.
Today I went with my wife for her hearing to aids have their annual service, previously this has entailed having the aids cleaned, pitch adjustments made to suit her hearing levels, replace filters and a check on her ears, today however the audiologist was only interested in telling my wife that the warranty had ended and she has to have a full hearing test and replace her existing aids, no cleaning, no filter replacement and no adjustments as it was only a 15 minute appointment. All my wife got for her 15 minute appointment was a date for a full hearing check and a pamphlet giving prices for new aids. Totally disappointed the only reason for giving 3 stars and not 2 was the audiologist was polite and personable.

Excellent Service
Appointments were made quickly, easily and delivered on time. The Audiologist gave full explanations of the tests, results, available hearing aids, ongoing support, costs, contracts and finance options hence 5 stars.

Respectful staff.
The staff were very sensitive to my elderly mother’s situation and handled her with respect and humour where possible. I think that encouraging “a friendly face” to attend is extremely important too.

Five given consultant was excellent
Five given consultant was excellent. Explained everything. Put my mind at rest at 85 is quite a big thing. Can’t praise him enough. He was brilliant.

Very professional and friendly. Everything patiently and fully explained. I felt treated as an individual and there were no time constraints on my consultation. Would absolutely recommend!
