I was impressedby my treatment on both of my visits but unfortunately I was given incorrect pricing on which to make my choices.However this did not dete r me from proceeding with my purchase.

Really made the experience great

The worst and most lawless pharmacy I've ever seen. After an hour of requesting emergency medicine, they said the system was down and they just ignored the customers. I am so sad.

Most helpful and professional with a personal touch.
I am now hearing things iv'e never heard for clearly years.

Both my husband and I purchased upgraded hearing aids from Boots: Amina Aurang was our expert. She explained everything clearly: the developments since our last ones: how our hearing would be improved, the advantage of rechargeable batteries, the ease of care, then the voice and financing .Allgiven in a friendly, informative manner, answering questions, easily. All in all avery pleasant young lady who inspired our confidence both at the initial consultation and at the follow up two weeks later.

I had the upmost pleasure of amina auyang who guided me through the whole experience of my hearing aid journey she was very professional and very helpful in helping me choose the right hearing aids for me... I would definitely recommend boots hearing care and amina... to top it all off I can now hear things that I never heard for over 40 years .... defo recommend 👌

I took my mum to have hearing aids fitted for the first time. Amina is a lovely lady, full of knowledge and very helpful. She explained in full and was very patient with mum , nothing was too much trouble and she made sure she understood everything and answered all our questions knowledgeably.Mum has had a follow up appointment and now feels more confident and in control.

Thanks to Amina, I've got my life back. When you lose your hearing, it kind of makes you a bit of an outcast. People tend to start ignoring you because they run out of patience.
When I had my first appointment with Amina in Stockport, she explained everything that was happening to me was part and parcel of hearing loss. After taking the test and discussing the options available, we decided on the phonak aids.
Having worn them know, everything she described was spot on.
They're expensive, but when you can get part of your life back, they're worth every penny.
I can heartily recommend boots hearing care to anyone.

The service you receive from hearing aid suppliers whilst in the main is good,
However the quality of audiologists in many ways varies from good to average, occasionally you do find an exceptional one.
