The audiologist was great
The audiologist was great, she was very patient with my Mum, she made sure my Mum understood everything.
She took time to explain the different kind of hearing aids, and which one she thought would suit her best.
Overall my Mum thought she was excellent.

Fast Efficient Boots Audiology Care
My wife had a problem with her hearing aids.She rang Boots and got a same day appointment with the Audiologist who quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired them.Very pleased with the service.

Excellent hearing service …
My husband was having trouble with his hearing - from start to finish the whole process with Boots was very good. The audiologist was very helpful and informative. We would recommend the hearing services of Boots. The hearing aids are very comfortable and my husband is very pleased with them. And l no longer have to repeat myself so he can hear me.

Hearing aid fixed in minutes
I was seen at my appointment time and Sian at St Helens knew what the problem was with my hearing aid and was able to fix it straight away. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took time to discuss it with me so I didn't feel rushed and she had all the items she needed in stock. Very pleased with my visit.

The best service ever
Once again we received the absolute best service from Sian Wilkins at the St Helens store
My dad was having trouble with his hearing aids and as he suffers with dementia it was causing him to be quite agitated
I was given an appointment really quickly and Sian sorted them out in no time

Boots hearing care really is the best
What can I say? Can't fault Sian Wilkins!
The cord on my right hearing aid that you pull the aid with to get it out had become very frail through wear and tear after nearly 4 years. I was a bit wary of putting it in my ear as I thought it may break it and wouldn't be able to get it out. Fast forward straight to Boots and yes it has to go back to the manufacturers to be fixed. Sian organised a temporary fix so I'm not struggling! Got to say Sian is very helpful and friendly. I'm happy as well so for me it a win win ! Thank you very much Sian

Had trouble hearing properly .
Had trouble hearing properly for a bit. Kept putting it off. Sian at Boots in St Helens town centre , put me at ease. She soon got me sorted out. Am so grateful. Can here things I've not heard for years. Sian is so good. Thank you.

Hearing Appointments
I had 4/5 appointments with Sian Wilkins in relation to the fitting of new hearing aids.Sian was extremely proficient and meticulous in making sure the product was exactly right for my particular needs.She had excellent communication skills and a very good sense of humour which made you feel totally relaxed in what can be a daunting experience of realising that whatever product you buy will never replace the body’s natural hearing function.Sian did an excellent job in adjusting the hearing aids over several appointments and can be thoroughly recommended for maximising the benefits of the product to suit my particular needs.
