I had my ears tested at Boots Meadowhall on 27 Oct 2023.
The audiologist was called Helena and she was excellent.
She was friendly and put me at ease and explained everything to me.
The hearing test was thorough and the results explained to me in detail.
A very good experience. Helena is an asset to your organisation.

Hearing tests
I had an appointment for a hearing test. The woman who I saw first was pleasant, helpful and thorough. She took time to explain things to me and set up a second, longer appointment. The audiologist who did this pleasant, polite and helpful. He explained the test results and helped me with choice of hearing aid. He spent time trying devices and reassured me of their effectiveness. Excellent service.

I would like too say thank you so much to the ladies that work in boots meadowhall sheffield ( chloe ) at the clinic branch and shameela at the boots store so very helpfull and amazing customer experience! They both really helped me it was really refreshing to have great customer service for once! I hope management can see this and be proud ! 👏

My experience at Boots hearing care…
My experience at Boots hearing care Sheffield was excellent. The audiologist, Phil I think his name was was extremely informative an approachable , an explained all about the type of hearing loss I had , so was therefore able to inform me about the aids which would suit me best , without any sales pressure.

The audiologist explain himself very clearly and l was able to discuss issues at length. I would have preferred to give my opinion after l had had the opportunity to wear my aids for a while rather than before even trying them.

My 91 year old dad was treated with respect, and not in a condescending manner. He was made to feel at ease all the way through, and he was spoken to and as well as me, as so often isn't the case.
