A thorough process
The process from start to finish has been very smooth.
From the initial assessment to the final assessment and fitting has been very good, with strong communication.
At this point, 2 weeks in, I am not 100% sure that the hearing aids are right for me, but it is early days. I also have peace of mind based on the 90 day money back guarantee.

Great service from the start
Great service from the start. The tests and results were all fully explained, as were all the options going foward. The test aids were set up perfectly from the start. Hazel, the audiologist, is a star!

The audiologist was very helpful and immediately made me feel at ease. She explained things to me that I’d never had been told before. I was shown the inside of my ears, which I found amazing. I’m so pleased with the service and look forward to getting my new hearing aids.

Very happy with my experience
Very helpful and experienced lady did my hearing test and then talked me through my options. I was able to try out some hearing aids and wander round with them in, to see what difference they would make.
