I had a really poor appointment
I had a really poor appointment. The audiologist was disrespectful, argumentative and physically rough. The previous appointment I had at Pontefract Boots Hearing Care was extremely good with Rebecca. The first thing the audiologist did was to disrespect her colleague and gain say her advice. When I gave details of the changes I’d experienced in the two years since being tested I mentioned I had been given medication a side effect of which is ‘ringing in the ears’. The audiologist said I was wrong. The audiologist treated me roughly when inserting the ear pieces and hurt my right ear. I shall not want to go to Boots for hearing advice in the future.

Angela at pontefract boots hearing goes way beyond with her lovely caring nature. She really does care about your hearing . My mould had broken and she is making me another even though it's not part of the guarantee. She truly is an asset to the boots hearing team . She genuinely felt concerned that I hadn't broken it so she has pursued it for me . I highly recommend Angela to anyone that is suffering from hearing loss. She is just amazing . Friendly and very helpful staff who explained everything.

Friendly and professional service.
Booked a hearing test for my partner who was suffering hearing loss, on recommendation from our gp practise. Friendly service. The outcome was a referral back to our gp to be referred to the hospital for further tests. We were told he needed hearing aids and they can arrange these too and that 0% finance is offered. We will be back once the tests at the hospital have been completed.

First class experience.
Easy to make appointment. Friendly staff who are clearly professional and polite and customer orientated. Hearing tests easy to follow. Hearing Aids offered to my personal need. No hard sell. Appointment made to collect and say hello to a new world of sound. Will recommend without hesitation.
