It felt rushed and only one model of hearing aid was offered. The hearing aids seem good but the app is rubbish. Not sure if I will keep them. I've been using free nhs ones for years and I'm not convinced these justify the expense

Superb customer service at Boot’s Plymouth (Mall) I have had Phonak aids for four years and a hearing test every year. Staff (Jodi) always courteous and professional. A couple of service issues sorted quickly and today a problem with the aid ear insert was sorted quickly and for free by a very personable young man. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent service from Colin in Plymouth Boots. Clear guidance and explanation about the technology and the science behind hearing loss.
However, sending emails at 6:00A.M. is not appreciated when the ping on my phone wakes me up. Also a daily text about the next appointment is not needed.

It’s the first hearing test I have experienced since I retired in 2013, and I found the audiologist very informative too my needs.

Jodie was fabulous – she gave clear and concise explanations of my issues and the way to improve things. She was warm and friendly and I felt comfortable dealing with her. She also explained the way forward with the hearing products and allowed me to test how they work by walking around the center first.

The hearing care staff at Boots (Plymouth) are fantastic. Professional and caring. They fitted my new hearing aids and showed everything to get started. Aftercare is very good as well with a checkup in 2 weeks and ongoing help forever. The Phonak hearing aids are brilliant with AI taking care of speech and surrounding noise. A big thankyou to the Staff at Boots Audeo.

Jodie made me feel relaxed was thorough with the testing and let me have a wander ariund the mall with hearing aids in to see and hear how they felt.

Very helpful and professional, talked me through the options I had and the process. It was quick professional and I understood exactly what my needed to know. The process after I had chosen the aids that suited me was clear. A test run in a coffee shop with my wife, before finalising the purchase was most welcome. Great warrantee and lifetime professional support makes for peace of mind.
