Katyana Clark at Boots Northampton is the ultimate professional. She has excellent interpersonal skills and in command of her subject. Her consultation and examination of my hearing was comprehensive and thorough. She stressed that she would give me solutions and options based upon her findings with pros and cons together with relevant costs and never was I under any pressure to buy. I had complete confidence in her professional assessment and what was best for me. Exceptional service and professional care and I would highly recommend Katyana to anyone seeking help for their hearing problems.

Everything was explained easily to…
Everything was explained easily to me,can get a bit confusing but Katiana from the Northampton branch talked me through each process,from fitting the hearing aids to cleaning them,she was excellent .
