Professional staff and a thorough test.
I wasn't kept waiting and the test was very thorough. The lady carrying out the test listened carefully to my concerns and did a health check on my ears before starting the test. Everything was explained simply and I was asked if I understood the process or had any questions. Thank you for making the experience so easy.

Still waiting
The day of our appointment to get them fitted we got a phone call to say the hearing aids hadn’t been delivered. My father is 88 and takes a lot to get up and ready, so he was really disappointed. We’re still waiting on new appointment .

My experience with Boots Hearing Care was excellent. I have a complicated hearing problem which is affecting every aspect of my life. The Audiologist has created a program which I am hopeful will improve my situation. I was very impressed with his expertise and understanding of my problems.
At present am awaiting my new hearing aids.
