Professional and Friendly service
I have bought a new pair of hearing aids from Boots Fosse Park, the audiologist was Nikita who I though was very impressive, she was very experienced and explained everything over three consultations, which was a good pace for me as I am 78. I would certainly recommend Boots and Nikita.

Ok for a free test very quick, not as comprehensive as the one eventually had on the NHS, mainly just geared up to selling hearing aids.

Very disappointed customer
I purchased my hearing aids from Boots and although the cost was quite high I was satisfied with the way I was treated. However, one of the aids would not hold the charge and twice it has been sent back for repair and on neither occasion have I been told what the problem was. It is still not working and nobody at Boots seems able to satisfactorily deal with this matter. They just keep wanting to send it back for a repair which is clearly not working and meanwhile i am without a hearing aid.For what I paid I am extremely angry at the lack of customer support.
