Highly recommend Boots Hearingcare
I have worn hearing aids for many years. Following the failure of an ~9 year old aid, Lee Mason, audiologist for Boots Hearingcare in King’s Lynn, helped me to purchase a new pair of aids. Lee is exemplary in this role. His attention to detail & kindness is the best I have experienced in all my years of wearing hearing aids. For that reason, I would recommend Boots Hearingcare in the hope that customers are lucky enough to find a ‘Lee Mason’ in their branch. Aftercare is excellent too.

The hearing specialist explained my hearing loss in detail after several very specific tests. He recommended the appliance which would be the most effective and I trialled this. The service was very good in deed.

Excellent service
I was put at ease on arrival and the results of the 15 minute hearing test were fully explained to me.
I was invited back the following week for further tests and to experience wearing hearing aids in the town centre.
A pair was then recommended that met my needs as I have moderate hearing loss.
It was a first class service at every stage.

Had a very good hearing test with everything explained clearly and in plain language. No pressure to buy anything, it was entirely my own decision whether I bought anything. I was sold what I needed and it wasn't the most expensive item.

Very helpful person, done a full hearing test, looked at my ears and gave me the best out of all packages I need to have for me and my job, looking forward to having them fitted on Friday the hearing aids
