Millie McNeill was superb in the way she understood the problem, was very professional in the way she carried out the tests despite being under severe time pressure. She kept me informed and answered queries. The equipment allowed me to see exactly what she was talking about and why I needed to see my GP. The best audiologist I have been to.

My First Hearing Test :)
I had a great Experience with Sam at Boots Gloucester yesterday. She was friendly and helpful and explained everything fully. Can highly recommend her :)

For over 12 months my hearing has deteriorated, after a nasty infection. Being only 53 the thought of hearing aids was quite scary. After my initial free hearing test it was confirmed I had hearing loss. A further hearing appointment was booked to enable more tests to be completed. Gloucester Boots were absolutely brilliant. Explained everything and put me at ease looking at options. I would recommend them 5*

I just had my hearing test with Sam Franklin who was very helpful and kind. She carefully explained the test and then the hearing aid options available.

Sam was kind and patient. She was thorough in her testing and clear in her explanations. I felt I could ask whatever questions I wanted answered and nothing was too much trouble.

I had a hearing test initially which suggested I was moderately deaf. I thought about my options and eventually went with the boots hearing aids! All went well with Sam and went away happy hearing things I had never heard before! It was only 3 days later I realised things weren’t quite right! But even calling in twice for quick check was not to be ! Too busy and no hearing reception staff ! Eventually appointment make 6 days away ! I wait having wasted 2 weeks of worry !
