Shop around - not helpful!
I just wish I hadn’t gone to Boots for my first ever hearing aids.
I needed more support than they gave.
I wish they had helped me understand about insuring my aids etc.
They also offered zero support in using the technology of the aids like the app, Bluetooth connectivity etc. I was just told I could do what I wanted. I then contacted Phonak directly who told me….
“ We would therefore request that in the first instance you kindly direct your enquiry to the person or company from whom you purchased your hearing instruments and aftercare package.”
So not happy with their service either! For the money I expect someone to help me.
Luckily I met someone at the pub who also has Phonak hearing aids and helped me with all of this. Connecting to my phone etc.
Really unhappy with the service received.
Nothing I can do now, but wish I had gone elsewhere.

The very professional service provided for the hearing test. In particular I was impressed with the latest technology with testing my hearing with background noise to see if I could pick out certain words and sentences.
