Outstanding professional service.
I cannot say enough about the service we have received, having made numerous visits to this store.
Everybody has been so welcoming not to mention friendly, attentive and extremely professional. The knowledge and advice from the audiologists has been second to none, and all in all, it has been a new and pleasent experience.
Sabah and Priya, along with their approachable and sympathetic nature, have been so kind and affable, and I can’t thank them enough for all the help and assistance they have given. They have made the whole process a seamless one.

A great place to start some hearing test…
My dad recently visited for a hearing test, and we were thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and support provided by the team. We had the pleasure of working with Nabeel and Priya, who were both exceptional. They conducted the tests efficiently and ensured the fitting process was smooth and quick. They also presented us with various options and guided us in selecting the best hearing aids to suit my dad’s needs. We’re currently in the trial phase and feel confident in their expertise and care. thank you team.

The new Boots Hearing Centre in Ealing
My husband and I recently visited the new Boots Hearing Centre in Ealing. From the beginning our experience was very good. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and reassuring, and the new facilities are excellent. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase, but felt able to make my own decision in my own time. The aftercare provided was comprehensive, and I now have hearing aids which I feel very comfortable with. Thank you Boots.

Boots hearing care centre in Ealing
I went to the Boots hearing care in Ealing and was very satisfied with the professionalism and care shown by the staff there. The service on offer is very flexible and you have time to make sure that you are happy with your hearing aids. The aftercare service seems good too. So I can recommend anyone to consider Boots if they think they may need hearing aids
