I was very impressed by the hearing aid consultant I saw at Boots in Crawley who was extremely efficient.

Lovely Lady that helped us through the hole process of tests then chosing the right hearing aids, very professional highly recommended

Very professional audiologist, would recommend. What I didn’t like was the pricing structure, boots charge £1000 more than specsavers for the Phonak Spheres, boots then offer a 10% discount which brings the price down to £500 more than specsavers. I feel I’m being suckered in with phony discounts.
Not offering the ‘GOLD Standard’ Real Ear Measurement when fitting Private aids seems strange when NHS patients ARE offered this standard of fitting.

We would definitely recommend boots Crawley for hearing test, information and purchase, Nikita was so informative and kind.
Not that We’ve used anyone else but We went to them on a recommendation from a friend, the testing was very thorough and intense they found the problem and just how bad my husbands hearing is. He now has hearing aids which are small light and comfy you can not see He is wearing them, they helped him choose the best for his type of hearing problems and in a price rang we could afford plus they do a pay plan if you want to use it. He’s very happy and satisfied with his choice and are glad We went to boots

Lovely, friendly lady tested my hearing and helped me to select the correct hearing aids for my prescription. The aftercare is wonderful.

5 stars for the hearing test. My mother was treated with respect and the whole procedure was explained step by step. We were given time to absorb the information and make the decision. I would have given 5 stars but for the environment, situated behind the main store room access, more care needs to be taken to prevent the trolleys crashing into the back wall which was both disturbing and distracting.

I would like to thank Boots Hearing care in Crawley for making my hearing worse. After being robbed of my money (even though I told you they didn't work for me) the finance company were advised by boots to not refund me as they felt they had done the job right. The finance company agreed I was treated badly but would not refund me under those circumstances!!! I can't wait to pay these off so that I can sell them on.

Everything was fully explained including aftercare of my In the ear aids.

The audiologist was very patient. She explained the hearing tests and the results.
She talked me through the process of wearing and caring for my hearing aids. I bought Phonak Audeo earphones as they were the most compatible with my lifestyle. I’ve used them for a few days now and I am pleased with them.
