Great staff in the hearing clinic the assessment was carried out in plenty of time no rushing and explained every step by step.

Rebecca was so friendly, in a professional manner and explained everything thoroughly, but didn't overload.

Recently being signed off by Rebecca I found her to be very professional, kind, patient she explained every aspect of using hearing aids. Ruth the audioligist at Boots in Chesterfield was extremely helpful in the testing and the various options.

Everything was straightforward from arrival. Sequence of events was logical and well definded and demonstrated.

My elderly parents have been supported by the hearing service at Boots for a couple of years now.
We have to mention Rebecca who has been kind, caring and understanding as well as professional and skilled in her assessments.
She has gone out of her way to accommodate my parents when they have made mistakes with appointment times and turned up “ on spec”.
She has had a huge amount of patience with them and I can’t thank her enough.
Please make sure she sees this.

The audiologist was brilliant. She had a lovely manner, was informative and helpful, not pushy but gave me time to discuss which appliance was best for me. The reminders of the appointment were very helpful.

I can’t emphasise enough how important this appointment was for our family.
After years of repeating ourselves, shouting, isolation and frustration our family is able to communicate again in a normal way. Dad was instantly a changed man after trying the new hearing aids and was able to hear clearly and speak without yelling, but more importantly he could hold an animated conversation and be part of the world around him again.
Rebecca Nixon is a consummate professional, but more than that she offers emotional support and is extremely empathetic. We actually took up a little more time than we should in the appointment but she didn’t make us feel rushed into a decision and took the time to explain everything with patience.
We are now so excited for Dad to start using his new hearing aids so that he can join in with family life again. Thank you Rebecca.

First class service from Boots . Really pleased with my 1st set of hearing aids. Lauren gave my ears a thorough check up and set the hearing aids up to suit my ears. I cannot believe the difference to my hearing. Everything sounds better and clearer. Walking down narrow roads is much safer hearing the traffic sooner and louder. They are life changing and cannot believe how good they are. Lauren explained everything very well and answered all my questions . She is very friendly and easy to talk to . Wish I had known how good modern hearings are.Would recommend to family and friend. Happy days

Found the test very thorough & I learnt a lot about my ears from Lauren . I have now got my aids & was given brilliant instructions on how to use & care for them! Would recommend boots hearing in Chesterfield .
