As far as I am concerned they have tried to be helpful but It is up to me to get the right fitting to each ear. I have found out that one ear hole is narrower than the other. I have sometimes found that the changeover times can be quite challenging.

No professionalism at all. Made an appoitment for a Saturday that was cancelled without telling me until I arrived. Booked another appointment for the following Saturday only to be e-mailed days later to say that had been cancelled as well. No explanation, no alternative appointment offered, just an e-mail asking me to contact them again.

Having sensed a slight reduction in the quality of the sound from my left hearing aid over the past few days, I called in unannounced while passing.
Fortunately, they were able to give me an appointment later in the day and after ten minutes of Jonathan working his magic everything was crystal clear again.
I could not have asked for better service.

The actual appointment was amazing and life-transforming for my elderly mother-in-law. 10 stars to the audiology team who were welcoming, helpful, and professional.
The booking process was dreadfull, no stars to your website/website design
- There is no method of moving or cancelling appointments that have been booked on-line other than making a call (doh, it's an online system, right?)
- the booking process makes no attempt to triage appointments so we ended up with a simple hearing test where a longer appointment was needed - rather obvious to you given her age, but not obvious to me as the user of your system
- in fact the system says to allow 45 minutes for the appointment, which have me the impression that it was - err - a 45 minute appointment and a full test - but on the audiologists system it was booked as a 10 minute appointment. Very disappointing as it's quite a performance getting my 95 year old M-in-law to your shop.
- even though I eventually spoke to several of your colleagues over the phone, none of them asked me any obvious questions such as - does she already have a hearing aid - which would have helped you plan.
Dreadful design. Get your money back from whoever project managed this.

Had a problem with my hearing aid yesterday and visited Boots Hearing in Chelmsford. They resolved the issue within 5 minutes! They always provide such excellent and helpful service!

From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect , kindness, and explanation of how they could help me. Nothing was to much.

Johanna was superb from the moment we went into the room to the most recent appointment. She is a credit to the company and I would highly recommend her and this store
