People and service fantastic but the only ones available to try are the most expensive. Not helpful when you are stressed already I would have preferred to try cheap first then work up if necessary

Recently had a hearing test with Ben Snowdon at Boots in Cardiff. I was so impressed at how thorough and comprehensive it was. Ben was amazing! He explained everything so well and made the whole experience enjoyable and left me full of confidence- thank you Ben!

Friendly and very helpful thorough hearing test. Explained the range of hearing aids carefully and gave excellent advice in choosing the best suited hearing aid for me. Very pleased with the results and has massively improved clarity of hearing.

Ben the audiologist was very informative and I did not feel pressurized to purchase hearing aids
The test was done in private and I found it useful that I was encouraged to bring someone with me to my appointment
It was good to be able to test the hearing aids to experience the difference they would make to my everyday life
All in all a very positive experience I would highly recommend to anyo e experiencing hearing difficulty.

Great service,knowledgeable audiologist, explained everything clearly and went to great lengths to complete the necessary details, moulds etc.on first appointment, so that hearing aids can be made,no waiting for a second appointment.
