Listened to my needs.
Thorough hearing assessment and explained in detail what my problems were. Also explained the types of devices available and which were best for my needs. Received a follow up call later the same day to check I was ok with my new devices and arranged a follow up appointment for a fortnight later. Great overall service and no pressure on sales etc.

I was very satisfied.
The audiologist tested my hearing and then showed me the graph and explained about my hearing loss. He showed me the hearing aids and gave details of the different types and helped me choose the one that would be best for me in my price range. I'm looking forward to having my hearing aids fitted next week.

Audiologist was very good at explaining my hearing test and how to use my new hearing aids

Positive Experience.
After I having been booked for an appointment in the wrong town by the booking team, my re-arranged appointment could not have gone better. The audiologist Ben was first rate in answering ever possible question I could think of and it was an easy task settling on a suitable option without any feeling of being pressured. Down to earth and professional I would happily recommend Ben to anyone.

Lovely audiologist, very helpful very polite. Would certainly recommend the service.
Only gripe was flight of stairs to consulting rooms. A stair lift if there is no room for a lift would be helpful.
