Boots Hearingcare - Bury St Edmunds Anmeldelser

I was & always have been treated really well by the audiologist at Boots Hearing Care. Again today was excellent.

My wife and I have received excellent service and advice from Giovanni. He took time to explain every aspect of the process involved in the testing for and fitting of our hearing aids.

Giovannii was friendly, welcoming and explained everything clearly. Gave options on the type and costs of hearing aids available

Very friendly consultant and very good and caring.

Excellent! Giovanni was very professional and friendly. He is very knowledgeable, has a depth of experience and has excellent personal skills. He gave good advice on getting the best out of the hearing aids and recommended a personal microphone for my partner which has improved communication a lot.

Giovanni was very helpful and understanding- showed me how to care for mums hearing aids and gave me spares.
He didn’t keep me waiting unnecessarily and shared a direct number rather than going through the help line.
Tip top service.

From the Boots app I was offered a 15 min consultation. From here it was found I needed my right ear de-waxed.
After this I had a full hearing test and it was determined I need hearing aids, which I had fitted a few days later.
All through the process I was made to feel at ease, with the Boots audiologist explaining all of the process in a friendly, calm and professional manner.

On time, unhurried, knowledgeble and professional.

Bury St Edmunds The advice we were given was very helpful because Giovanni was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Thorough examination of my hearing, gave a comprehensive assessment of the hearing aids required. Ran through the set up on the app and on the hearing aids. Very efficient and impressive service from Giovanni Nanni.

I have had several appointments and the care I have received was truly brilliant. Catherine explained the tests and all that we did in a very clear way. This was a very new experience for me and she gave me confidence that I didn’t have. I completely recommend Catherine and Boots Hearing.

Excellent service.

Purchased hearing aids from Boots in Bury St Edmunds 2 weeks ago.
Not happy with them.
Made a call at 1.45pm today and was given an appointment for 3.30pm today. Arrived early for appointment.
Greeted by Giovanni and gave him my list of issues. He dealt with every question/ issue with a clear understanding and explanation and gave me answers to all.
I left Boots a very happy man and better still I left before my actual appointment time.
1st class !!
I know I could have paid less for my hearing aids on the Internet, would I have got my issues fixed in less than an hour,I don't think so.
Service and peace of mind costs money but its worth it.

Prompt and courteous, made to feel comfortable.
