Very friendly and empathic staff
Very friendly and empathic staff. I didn't want to admit that I needed to use hearing aids, and I am still worried about it due to some stupid stigma that I have placed on myself, but everything was explained perfectly. I settled for discreet in ear units and look forward to the improvement they will bring.

The young lady who tested my hearing gave me the best test I have ever had on my hearing over a 15 to 20 year period. Your hearing test is absolutely brilliant my congratulations.
