Faulty to start with!…
One hearing aid piece arrived at the shop faulty and had to be sent back! I was not notified beforehand, so had a wasted visit. Still not sure if they will be fitted this side of Christmas, which is extremely disappointing.

Appalling service for aftercare
This review is related to aftercare which is dreadful.
Appointment changed by Boots but impossible to get through to phone line.
2 emails and text ignored.
Setting up online account is impossible as advantage card not recognised, can't enter date of birth and unable to locate my customer number, which Boots claim is on all correspondence ( it isn't ).
My appointment was for a check up, if emergency situation occurred this would be a nightmare.

Another of my husband's appointments…
Another of my husband's audiology appointments cancelled at the 11th hour late this afternoon, after we had planned our day for tomorrow based around the appointment!!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH BOOTS, MUST DO BETTER. Once they have your order the service starts to unfold, obviously favouring new customers over already trapped ones, this is what happens when established and reliable British companies sell out to foreign companies!!!
Amazingly he had a reminder about this appointment only yesterday, what is going on with Boots please, is anyone there !!!
