Owen Foster is the best audiologist!
Owen Foster is the best audiologist I have ever had. Nothing is too much trouble, no question is too trivial and he is patient, kind and compassionate. Hearing loss can produce a natural anxiety and he is reassuring, empathetic and very thorough.
Boots offer a great service, very good products and excellent communication. Thank you.

A very good experience
Knowledgeable audiologist, explained very clearly, checked my understanding, gave opportunities to ask questions and was respectful. Consultation room was bright and clean. No waiting - I entered right on time for my appointment. All round, a very good experience. Would recommend.

The audiologist was very patient and caring with my 91yr old mum. He explained everything very clearly. Mum is over the moon with her new modern hearing aids and is managing them very well

Hearing test
Great experience for my mother who is 90 , Owen was amazing with her talked through everything and made her feel so at ease as she was very apprehensive

Hearing Aids
Not an easy decision to be tested but Owen made me feel at ease throughout process. So much so i bought hearing aids there and then. Boots points were an advantage as well.
