The adviser was very good taking me through the different aspects from hearing tests to purchasing my hearing aids. There was no rush to get through whole process and no pressure for a sale.

Great at selling them sound great in the room , not so great outside, well they might be if the after care wasn’t so shocking (at Boston anyway) well what a waste of £4000

Lovely lady, very attentive, very knowledgeable, very friendly & displayed an excellent customer service approach ie time to talk to you explaining all things to do with wearing/buying hearing aides for the first time. ***** Well recommended.

My appointment was cancelled 2 hours pria to my appointment and no other appointment has been made for me, although I have already paid a deposit for my hearing aids
