Thorough, helpful, knowledgeable
Adam Bird was thorough and knowledgeable. So far, I've had no surprises with my hearing aids. He answered my questions and took time to explain. I am looking forward to the second follow-up visit.
What could be improved? I don't know if I can answer this very well at this point. The only thing I would say now is that choices of appointment times seem limited. However, so far, so good.

Hearing aid not working. Go to Boots hearing dept.
I’ve tried the telephone numbers and waited because they are busy (no luck).
I’ve been to Bexleyheath (states there opened on web site) waited 30 minutes (note on doors in consultation)
Banged on door, Boots member of staff says they’re not there he’s on holiday and the girls off.
Now I understand that the hearing department only rent the space from boots.
Would I buy hearing aids again from boots hearing.

Very nice person and best thing I done I can hear everything also listen to t.v and hear my children talk to me without saying what? I could not be without them so easy to wear and they don't show.

Would highly recommend
Adam was very patient and took time to explain each stage of the consultation and advise on the most suitable product. Excellent service and my 91 year old mother is very pleased with the outcome.
