The complete experience was 5 star from beginning to end, with clear explanations for all tests and the results, also for the hearing aids available, costs and fitting. Altogether a very, very good experience, for someone who was so apprehensive.

The lady doing the test was professional and clearly very competent. I felt reassured I was getting good advice.
The setting up of the device and the aftercare were the two areas that swung my buying from Boots. I could have purchased the same hearing aid from SpecSavers for £300 less but felt their after sales was probably not going to be as good.

Surprised that I would benefit from Having hearing aids.
My wife has had two Phonak aids for several years and they have made quite a difference. I did not think I needed a hearing aid but was persuaded to take the initial test which revealed some hearing loss. Appointment made with James for a full hearing test which identified an additional disparity between hearing in each ear requiring a referral for further investigation. I will go ahead with trying hearing aids.

A great hearing test experience
James was extremely helpful and courteous to my mum. The hearing test was efficient and we both learnt a lot about the issues she is facing with her reduced ability to hear. My mum was pleased with the difference the hearing aids made and we are looking forward to picking her pair up soon.
