Myhearing has
My hearing has been getting poor for sometime so I made an appointment at our local Boots for a free hearing test. The audiologist was very reassuring and very professional and after the test she showed me why I needed hearing aids. They were fitted during my second 3/4 hour appointment and I have now been wearing them for several days and already I can feel an improvement in my hearing. Ok it’ll take a while for them to settle in but whereas I had difficulty in hearing individuals in crowded situations, now I can talk and hear what’s being said to me.

Booked a free NHS hearing test and…
Booked a free NHS hearing test and needed hearing aids. At no point do they explain that they do not provide NHS hearing aids. they push very expensive private care

Hearing test was great & Options…
Hearing test was great & Options explained very well.
Was meant to get fitting in 7days but 2hrs before appt. It was cancelled and was offered an alternative 10weeks away !

Unfortunately Andover audiologist left…
Unfortunately Andover audiologist left shortly before fitting aids.Two appointments on the same day were cancelled and then i was sent to Basingstokes department.
However the hearing aids were not there presumably still in Andover,
I have to return on the 23 for fitting.
The Andover Mr Houmam was very nice, so i dont know what happened to him
Very inconvenient from start of process with cancellations , and still no hearing aids.

I’ve been to another high street store and had no confidence in the service I received but was very impressed with the service at boots they talked and explained everything in detail
