The conclusion was explained very comprehensive and provided confidence as to the options. The arrangement to order and collect my aid was booked simply, now looking forward to a new hearing experience

From start to finish i received excellent service from the Alnwick branch. Everything was explained in a professional manner and he answered all my queries. I am very happy with my new ear aids and can now do away with the sub titles on the telly.
