Better than any other carnet supplier in the UK.
If you need a carnet there is no one better, faster and cheaper. The customer service has been miles better than other carnet suppliers in the UK. I will never use anyone else!

Carnet issue
I emailed in the details for issuing an urgent carnet and couldn't get through to anyone until a day later. I only got a response after 3x emails and 5x follow up calls which went to answer phone every time I called. Eventually, I finally had Eric corresponding with me, who was very helpful. However, my confirmation emails, signing off on the carnet, apparently didn't go through so there was a further delay. There was an issue with the payment and when I called in, yet again I couldn't get anyone on the line eventually I was put through to an operator in the States who told me that she's unable to help so put me back in the waiting line only to go to the answer phone again. When I went to collect the carnet there was another delay although I was told that the will be ready when I arrive. Apparently, it had to be reprinted but that was only noticed when I arrived to pick it up! All in all, this was a very stressful situation on a Friday, ahead of the Sunday flight.
