The job was turned around quickly, the Bolt staff were very helpful, understanding and careful when moving our stuff.

The whole Bolt team made moving house for the first time in 35 years as stress free as possible and treated all our possessions as if they were handling the crown jewels.

We had a late change meaning our move was brought forward by nearly a week. The Bolt team came on the Saturday and packed, and packed then began to move us into our new home.

They came back on the Monday for the final items and we were all done in advance of the set time. A miracle.

Luckily they were moving our purchasers too and the two teams communicated throughout Monday.

Not rushing to move again but when we do we will come back to Bolt.

The lads from Bolt were great - They worked quickly but carefully, moving a load of awkward and heavy furniture. They took a lot of the stress out of a difficult process, and would be my first choice next time I move.

Bolt were outstanding from start to finish. Great service over the phone, including video survey, and by email in the run-up to moving day. They even added on a couple of late requests with no fuss.

On packing day, their two guys were punctual, polite and got on without hassle, packing everything smoothly and quickly.

Over a 12-hour moving day, picking up from three locations and moving 60 miles, they were prompt, quick, careful and really nice all day. There was no fuss, no bother and no problems. They got our huge sofa through two difficult doors, took everything to the right rooms and were really friendly with it.

I contacted Bolt Removals for a quote after receiving a very useful house move checklist from them. The quotation process was much more thorough and professional than some bigger name companies, and the quote substantially cheaper too. My move was delayed, and then the date was confirmed with very little notice. Bolt were very accommodating and managed to squeeze me into their schedule. On moving day the crew were fantastic, even adding babysitting of an enthusiastic 3 year old to their duties. I couldn’t believe how quickly beds, furniture and the trampoline were dismantled and re-assembled at the new property, that would have taken me days! When looking for a removal company this year, Bolt stood out as they sent via post a very good information booklet about what we needed to consider during our move, it had change of address lists plus others. we have used this booklet to make our move less stressful. From our first contact everyone was friendly and gave good advice with plenty of options.
On the day of the move Marrio and Fabian sorted everything out placing protective covers on the floors and doors they were very professional and made our move day stress free. We now understand whey Bolt have so many good reviews.

The Bolt Removals team were excellent both days of our move. Alex was great in walking us through everything and the removal guys were extremely fast in packing up the house and loading the lorries.
