Luke and his team were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they even put some boxes in the attic of my bungalow as they realised it would be difficult for me as an 80year old.
They made what could have been a really stressful day, stress free.
They even said they would collect the boxes and packing once we had finished unpacking.
They were so amusing and obviously enjoyed there work.
I would recommend them to anyone. Well done guys a great day.

We chose Bolt based on reviews and recommendations on Reddit. Not having hired professional removals before we didn’t really know what to expect. The process was really easy and the office staff were really friendly, helpful, and responsive to all of our questions. The pricing was really straightforward based on a video-tour of our flat. On moving day the team was friendly and prompt and we were out of our attic flat and in our new house in about four hours. Everything arrived safely! Everyone at bolt was a delight to work with and we are so happy we chose them. Moving is a stressful enough experience and it was great to have one element of it be completely seamless! Thank you!

Very friendly, super careful with all our belongings and wouldn't let us lift a finger. They didn't even grumble that we'd run out of boxes and so even on the day of the move we were still cramming things into black bags.

On the hottest day of the year, the team were friendly and efficient, they kept us informed throughout the process and were finished with loading the vans and unloading in less time than they had anticipated.
