Once policy acquired, incorrect contact info provided for further assistant to said policy. Process was easy enough, agent was friendly and helpful initially. But if you need any assistance with changes to information on policy, good luck. Ignored email, customer service with multiple phone reps, lots of wasted time with no updates to change requested.
Update: changes not made correctly as requested. Currently feeling abandoned by the agent as I've been working with random customer service reps from both bolt and the insurance carrier and I am expecting to have to spend another hour trying to correct this tomorrow.

He worked with me to find the best deal possible for what I was looking for. The process very easy and exceptional. I would definitely recommend her to future clients. If I ever needed to switch providers again, I would definitely want Katie to be the one I deal with through the process.

Agent Nick Fortune was very helpful in not only running the numbers very quickly, but explaining the differences in what the new policy would cover compared to my current one. The customer service I got from Molly was great however the information was not transcribed correctly and I have had to call back several times to not get my issues resolved. 6/15/26 was when I called back to get the policy corrected
