5 Star Experience + Thousands Saved! $$$

I made the switch to Steadily after discovering them through BiggerPockets Pro Perks, and I can’t say enough good things!

I worked with Selena, who helped me save $2,000+ annually on insurance across two of my properties. She also caught a major discrepancy in how my multifamily property was insured—something I wouldn't have noticed on my own.

It felt great to have a second set of eyes reviewing everything and making sure I was properly covered. I had been dreading the paperwork involved in switching, but Selena made the entire process incredibly easy and painless. And as an added bonus, I was able to take advantage of a BiggerPockets discount!

Highly recommend giving Steadily a look if you haven’t already.

Possible Lawsuit

1. My rentals are occupied and I’m getting objections from the tenants. Seems they feel there privacy is being violated.
2. I need more time to complete the task.
3. Program freezes up waisting time.

Very Clear, Helpful Rep

You guys are not for landlords

You guys are not for landlords. I went ahead and paid a year and let other coverage lapse and you guys decide not to cover certain things when the houses are absolutely fine. Also, no help given. I will recommend to other landlords not to use.

Hi Anthony, thank you for your feedback. We hear you, and we understand this has been a frustrating experience.

We do require that covered properties meet certain maintenance guidelines, and unfortunately our inspection found rot from long-term water damage on one of your properties that needs to be taken care of before we can keep full coverage in place. We know that's extra work, and appreciate your time and energy to handle that.

Any coverage exclusions for your policy were shared with your independent agent when the policy was set up so they could review everything with you beforehand. If that didn't happen, we'd definitely recommend reaching out to your agent to discuss what was communicated and are happy to facilitate that conversation.

The good news is, once the issue is remediated, just submit proof of the repairs to our underwriting team and we can work on getting the cancellation rescinded. We hope we can work through this with you!
