What I have to say most is Andrew was upfront and very honest about my needs getting car insurance. In this day of time, all you got people out there is people in sales wanna make a sell no matter how it screw them. This.was not the case and I appreciate Andrew taking care of us in a professionally way.

I was a customer, about a decade ago for P+C car insurance. I kept a policy for about 6 months, it wasn't very notable in low price or great service, just OK.

Well fast forward 10 years and got a privacy notice that they lost my data. Now, my PII data is on the dark web, confirmed by an independent site. Bolt SHOULD have deleted customer info after 5+ years but no, they did not. It's irresponsible data management of their customer's data and amateur hour security.

Get a policy with Bolt, they'll lose your data now or in the next decade, they'll still have your data.

Sam Goddard is the first person in many years that has given me the best customer service ever. In these times of so many changes, Sam made my problems with homeowners insurance quick, easy, and finished. I have been on the computer, phone and word of mouth for 3 weeks to get new coverage. Sam gave me all the answers, solutions, and a new policy in less then 45 minutes. I wish you could give him a classroom to education folks on good customer service. He is defiantly an asset to your company. Sam should be given the highest award for his service that your company can offer. I worked in accounting for over 45 years and 20 of those years was in mortgage servicing for one of the largest servicing company's in this country under the office of the President. Sam defiantly checked all the boxes for customer service.

She was extremely helpful, went out of her way to find me the best price, explained to me all the parameters I should take into account, and was generally very pleasant, because, as we know, buying insurance is sooo much fun, but Esther sure made if a more enjoyable experience and I even forgot how long I was on the phone (it was awhile). I will not hesitate to contact her again for any of my insurance needs. She is the Usain Bolt of agents...put her in a commercial.
