Boldsign has been incredibly easy to use, especially when setting up a Confidentiality Agreement to embed directly on our website.
What really stood out was the support — Malince and his team were lovely, meeting me on multiple occasions to guide me through a tailored solution.
Used the free and it works great!
I signed up to their paid plan and was disappointed - they don't have SMS support for the country I needed available and that wasn't clear upfront.
So I switched to another provider and asked for a refund because I can't use the service. Unfortunately they did not provide the refund, hence 1 star.
Streamlined platform for digital signatures that functions much better for our business than Docusign did with their envelope limitations.
The app works great on phone and our clients have not had any issues changing over from Docusign.
I have enjoyed the services for our church. We are a small church and BoldSign really fits our needs. BoldSign also has great customer service. I accidently did not cancel my premium in time due to a personal emergency and BoldSign was able to help refund me. I really appreciated their customer service.
The user face could be a bit updated and using the Bulk send feature wasn't as intuitive as I had hoped, hence the 4 stars.
They shut down my account after 1 month without any explanation.

I was seeking a signing alternative to contract negotiations and I found boldsign on Google search. First I reviewed the material although I wish it had a tutorial for beginners but since I already came from another contract signing app I already knew what to do but it will be great if they had a quick basic tutorial. Boldsign is very intuitive and I had zero problems getting my contract signed, plus they have a CC that you can send negotiations for review and that helps. bold sign is really great!
Good value and functionality compared to DocuSign. Would be great if there was native SharePoint/OneDrive extensions.

Where do I begin?? If I didn't have to use it I wouldn't. The boldsign was send to me to sign and I needed to input my birthday, guess what? You have to literally click every month going back. Had to click 68 times to go back to my son's birthday, about 3 times and "480" clicks to put my birthday in!!!! Like seriously, told whoever sent it that, I didn't even try putting the correct birthday. Never again....

Boldsign provides all the features you can expect from a e-signatures solution and is very easy and straightforward to use. The design of user interface is sleek and friendly...and almost addictive. As for me, it is a no-brainer, Boldsign is the right e-signatures solution and I recommends Boldsign to all my business contacts.
