Servizio post vendita imbarazzante

Servizio post vendita imbarazzante, per la prima volta ho ordinato 8 camicie online con consegna in boutique, ricevute almeno una senza etichetta che mi avrebbe reso la sostituzione un problema, ed una errata. Ho quindi chiesto la sostituzione insieme ad una ordinata per colpa mia con una taglia non corretta, e per il loro servizio postvendita è normale che gli sconti applicati sul primo ordine non vengano più tenuti in considerazione (nonostante siano loro ad aver inviato una camicia non richiesta). Assurdo perdersi via per meno di 30 euro, lasciato un piccolo omaggio in boutique per la cortesia ed effettuato il reso. Mi vengono in mente molte citazioni tra cui una di Einstein sull'infinito..
Nulla nonostante le spiegazioni e la richiesta di chiudere la vertenza senza ulteriori scambi di mail hanno continuato con risposte che non meritano nemmeno commenti, probabilmente non c'è nessuna cura

Ich habe eine Bestellung aufgegeben und musste einen Teil der Ware im Wert von knapp 800 € retournieren. Bei so einem hohen Betrag ist es für mich selbstverständlich, dass ich eine Rückerstattung auf das ursprünglich verwendete Zahlungsmittel erhalte – genau diese Option habe ich auch bei der Retoure ausgewählt.

Stattdessen hat Boggi Milano mir ohne meine Zustimmung einfach eine Geschenkkarte über den Betrag ausgestellt. Auf meine Nachfrage hin wurde mir per E-Mail mitgeteilt, dass eine einmal ausgestellte Geschenkkarte nicht mehr rückgängig gemacht werden kann.

So ein Vorgehen ist absolut inakzeptabel. Der Kundenservice war weder lösungsorientiert noch kundenfreundlich. Bei einem Premium-Anspruch erwarte ich deutlich mehr Transparenz und Fairness im Umgang mit Rückerstattungen.

Sehr schlechter Kundendienst, so verliert man Kunden!

Enttäuschender Kundenservice trotz guter Produkte

Ich bin wiederkehrender Kunde und war mit den Produkten bislang zufrieden. Umso bedauerlicher ist meine aktuelle Erfahrung mit dem Kundenservice.
Seit über einer Woche versuche ich zu klären, wo sich meine Lieferung befindet, bislang jedoch ohne eine verlässliche Rückmeldung. Da bisher nur ein Teil des Anzugs angekommen ist, ist die Bestellung für mich so nicht brauchbar.
Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass sowohl die Lieferabwicklung als auch die Rücksendung bzw. Rückabwicklung sehr umständlich und unzureichend betreut wirken. Gerade bei Bestandskunden hätte ich hier einen deutlich besseren Service erwartet.
Ich hoffe sehr, dass das Unternehmen seine Prozesse im Bereich Kundenservice und Logistik verbessert.

I like Boggi Milano as a brand and have…

I like Boggi Milano as a brand and have purchased many of their items in Europe over the years. The quality and design are generally very good and the style is classic Italian.

However, my experience with the U.S. market has been disappointing. The pricing in the United States is significantly higher than in Europe for the same products. Polos that retail in Europe for around €110–€120 are often priced in the U.S. at $150–$170 or more.

The online shopping experience also needs improvement. The ordering and shipping process is not very smooth and customer communication during shipping is limited compared to many other retailers.

Another issue is that the Boggi loyalty program and app benefits that work in Europe do not seem to apply in the U.S., which creates an inconsistent experience for international customers.

Boggi has great products, but the pricing strategy and online service in the U.S. make it difficult to justify buying here when the experience is noticeably better in Europe.

Arnaque

J’ai commandé un costume pour mon mari qui ne correspondait en rien au modèle présenté sur le site, je l’ai donc renvoyé et opté pour un bon d’achat pour tenter un nouvel achat. Je commande donc un autre costume qui s’avère également de qualité médiocre et mal coupé. Je décide de renvoyer une nouvelle fois ma commande et demande cette fois-ci un remboursement car après deux achats décevants je ne souhaite pas recommander sur cette marque. Là, grosse arnaque « leur politique » ne leur permet pas de me rembourser puisque j’ai opté la première fois pour un bon d’achat. J’ai essayé d’expliquer au service client que je ne veux plus commander sur ce site et que je veux être remboursée mais ils ne veulent rien entendre. Je suis dégoûtée de m’être faite avoir et de jeter plus de 500€ ! C’est vraiment honteux !

Plus précisément, en cas de remboursement, la partie du montant payée par carte de crédit est recréditée directement sur la carte utilisée pour l'achat, tandis que la partie du montant payée par carte cadeau est remboursée sous forme de bon d'achat d'une valeur équivalente au montant initialement utilisé.

Following you recent response i inform you that you tranferred a wrong and lower amount than the value of all returned items. In total we paid €619,78 and we paid €11,50 to return all the goods and you paid us back €591,02 so €17,26 short and without any notification. As such i request the balance to be paid immediately.

Jeg fik en julegave i 2025. den er købt i Boggi´s webshop. - desværre kunne jeg ikke passe den. Jeg har henvendt mig flere gange for at få den ombyttet.....gaven står stadig på mit skrivebord.

Jeg læte allerede Boggi at kende for ca. 15 år siden...og har altid handlet i deres butikke i hele venden.....det er absolut slut nu !!!

ps. min svoger fik også en julegave, som han heller ikke kunne passe....han har nøjagtig samme oplevelse....INGEN svar. ÆV !!!

J'ai acheté une veste d'hiver "Out…

J'ai acheté une veste d'hiver "Out Down" en janvier 2024 à un prix catalogue de 569.- chf. Je l'ai très peu portée, car c'est une veste très chaude, elle est d'ailleurs en parfait état. En décembre 2025, la fermeture éclaire principale s'est cassée. Je l'ai donc ramené au magasin Boggi à Genève à la rue du Rhône. Ils m'ont appelé 2 semaines plus tard pour me dire qu'aucun geste commercial ou réparation sera pris en charge. Donc au vu du prix de la veste, je trouve que le service après-vente est désastreux et je déconseille vivement d'acheter leurs produits!

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour ce qui s'est passé avec l'article en question.
Nous tenons à préciser que le magasin Boggi Milano - Rue du Rhône a agi dans le respect total des procédures de l'entreprise, en soumettant la veste à notre service produit pour les vérifications techniques appropriées. Comme il ne s'agissait pas d'un défaut reconnu comme tel, il n'a pas été possible de procéder à une intervention sous garantie. Un devis de réparation a toutefois été proposé par notre couturière, mais cette proposition n'a pas été acceptée.
Nous saisissons également cette occasion pour signaler que, lors de la communication téléphonique avec le personnel du point de vente, suite à la non-reconnaissance du défaut, des propos et des comportements non conformes aux règles de respect et de collaboration ont été constatés.
Nous restons à votre disposition.
