I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and return process at Pini Parma.

I received an incorrect item and promptly followed the return procedure, sending the shipment back to the store. Unfortunately, the situation has only worsened. Not only have I experienced significant delays, but I was sent the same wrong item again, which is unacceptable.

Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have received little to no response. This issue has now been ongoing for nearly a month, and I am still unable to successfully return the item or obtain a refund.

A brand of this reputation should have a far more efficient and responsive customer support system. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter, including a proper return and full refund without further delay.

Until this is addressed, I cannot recommend purchasing from Pini Parma.

Exceptional products when it comes to clothing. I recently ordered a pair of shoes as well, so I’ll try those out and update my review afterward.

Customer service is friendly when they respond. Unfortunately, I never received a reply through WhatsApp, and nearly a third of my emails have gone unanswered. Even when they do respond, it can sometimes take several days.

If you think you may run into sizing issues or need to make a return, as I did, that is something to keep in mind. However, if you already know your size, have purchased from them before, and do not expect much communication with customer service, I would still recommend them. I do want to emphasize that when they do respond, they are very helpful. The issue is simply that they are not always responsive.

This is coming from someone who has purchased many of their products and has been a loyal customer for a long time.

I highly advise the business not to let poor communication from customer support damage its brand and reputation. Their products are fantastic, and it would be a shame for that to undermine the overall customer experience.

The jacket fits like was made to measure.Fabric is perfect.
But I think nowadays you schould consider slightly wider trouser legs

I absolutely love these pants! I matched the fabric content from a much more expensive pair of pants from a high end Italian designer and I’m thrilled with them! Plus, service was awesome too!

Ciero was excellent. Pini Parma's quality and pricepoint cannot be beat. I find their Milan boutique to be excellent.

Excellent service as ever form Pini Parma. My white shirt looks and fits great. I'm a man who likes to look good, and brands like Pini Parma help me with that.

Honestly this company is horribly arrogant and unorganized. Everything they do is centered around them with very little regard for the customer. The return process is horrible takes almost a month to get your money back, all custom fees are paid for by YOU and any issues that arise from it, the customer service takes roughly 4-6 days on average to even return a email. It’s so crystal clear that they could give 0 crap about the people buying from the brand.

Très déçu par la gestion des retours , j’ai commandé une paire qui était trop étroite et dans laquelle je n’ai même pas pu rentrer le pied . Je la renvoie aussitôt le colis est bien réceptionné chez eux mais aucunes nouvelles . Quand je les contacte au bout de 3 semaines , je reçois un mail pour m’expliquer que la semelle est abimée (alors que je n’ai même pas pu entrer le pied dedans ) et que selon leur politique de retour , elles ne seront pas remboursées. Donc si je n’avais pas envoyé de mail pour m’inquiéter de mon retour , je n’aurais eu aucun retour de leur part . Méthode très moyenne pour un commerçant qui veut vendre sur internet . En conclusion la vitrine est belle mais l’arrière boutique n’est pas à la hauteur…
