Scam
I was charged $38.99 to my account for a Body Fast membership. I never used the app, so on the same day that the charge appeared in my account, I contacted their customer support and requested a refund. The condescending reply that I received stated that they clearly outlined the terms and would not give me a refund. I have canceled the account and informed them that I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, and now I am contacting Trustpilot as well. This business is predatory, they make it very difficult to cancel your membership (they give you the runaround between the website, the app, or your Apple account with unclear directions) then charge you and refuse to grant a refund. I just want my money back.

This App is a scam
As soon as I went on up popped Sereneatdesk.com which straight away took £29.90 from my bank account. Avoid this app at all costs as it is a scam scam robbing scam. Wish I knew how to get my money back.

This company is a fraud, once you register you cannot unsubscribe. I have reached out to the customer services via email and they were not helpful. all I want to do is unsubscribe. I have been charged and money taken out without anything to show for it. I have tried to log on the app but been told that i am not registered. If i am not registered how did you get my bank details to charge me? I want out of this company now.

This is a horrible company
This is a horrible company. After I cancelled my subscription via the app, they continued to charged my credit card for 3 months. I had evidence that I had cancelled the subscription. I sent an email and they stated there was no account in my name anymore, yet they continued to charge me. DO NOT USE THIS APP! Thank God for American Express who has helped, but PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS APP! Also, this company is based in Germany.

difficult to stop payments
I signed up for a weeklong trial thinking that I would be able to easily delete if I didn't like it. When you try to delete this app, it tells you instructions that do not actually exist within the app. There is no "Manage account" button, that the help page suggests. When I try to contact them there is no response. They use third party billing and it is extremely difficult to stop these payments from coming out of your account. I did not wish to be billed $33.98 a week after I emailed them to cancel my subscription.

Unauthorized Charges After Subscription Cancellation.
Once you subscribe—even for a trial—you can’t seem to opt out properly. After canceling immediately because the app didn’t meet my expectations, they continued trying to charge me. The subscription doesn’t appear in my Google Play list, yet they keep demanding payment and sending threatening emails. I had to block the payments and cancel my card to stop the charges.
Please stop demanding payments, i am not interested.

Customer care wrote....
Go to "Me"-tab, then tap the cog-wheel top-right for settings and then click on "Manage subscription") or by reaching out to our support team
There is no such option on the app... And you know it. There is no manage subscribe option.
Secondly, your support team is useless as they do not address my issue. You need a better functioning app.
Please get back to me on how i can cancel my subscription that i had already cancelled.

I signed up for one week trail only, was charged an additional 44 dollars for a subscription I didn’t sign up for. I received no reply’s about my cancellation or a refund. Pay Pal also notified.

Avoid this app. They make it very difficult to cancel the subscription. They send directions to cancel that do not exist on the app.

I paid for a one week payment so that I could get an idea of the app. It was strictly a one off, one week payment of £6.99. I’ve just had a £32.98 payment taken from my card for the app that I absolutely did not authorise. Avoid this app at all costs

Scammer style dealings
I am really disappointed with this app, as I was paying for a trial subscription another amount flashed up and unfortunately I clicked on it thinking I was paying for my subscription. It was for an add on I don’t need at a cost of £28. I have asked for a refund twice and cancelled my subscription. Very scammer like, dubious behaviour. Do not subscribe/use.

Great app, not good business practice
I like the app. A keeps you accountable, but the company itself are pretty good at tricking you with extra charges.
They double charged me when I first got the app.They actually gave me half of the money back that they overcharged me.I told them that I did not want anything to do with the app.Anymore and they apologized and said, not a problem.Now three months later, they charged my paypal account. And they won't give me that back.. great app
Not good business practice..
Do yourself a favor find another app...

Het zou u direct na uw aankoop per e-mail moeten zijn toegestuurd. Als u deze niet kunt vinden, controleer dan uw spamfolder of laat het ons weten, dan sturen we deze opnieuw. Als u deze niet wilt, neem dan contact op met ons ondersteuningsteam via info@bodyfast.app. Als u een automatisch antwoord ontvangt, beantwoord deze dan direct. Dan kan ons ondersteuningsteam uw verzoek in behandeling nemen.
