Highly recommended. Once I accepted their offer, car was collected within 24 hours. Driver was fantastic, he called ahead to say he would be there in 30 minutes which was greatly appreciated. Went above and beyond in my opinion and remaining balance was in my account by the end of the day.

Things happened as they said they would.
I was a bit concerned about how accessible my non-runner was. It's hard to know. And whether the transporter could manoeuvre.
In the end it was fine and the copart driver was very helpful.
How do we know if access is possible? is a question though. These drivers must deal with all sorts of difficulties!

From start to finish the process was really easy, BMS made contact with me very quickly and arrangements were made to collect my vehicle within a couple of days, on the day of collection everything ran smoothly, a great company to deal with, they made the payments exactly as promised. I would certainly recommend.

Issue identified due to miss-communication from 3rd party site and resolved to my satisfaction.
Bank payments received when informed they would. It was not as much as could have received from others but the collection timeframe exceeded my expectations and that was very important.
Collection company was very good and knew what to expect.

The company gave me updates to when the driver would arrive. Once the lorry arrived the driver was very good and polite, and supported with contacting the company to let them know he was there. It took around 15 minutes and my car was on the lorry and ready to go. Once gone the payment was in my bank within 2 hours. Very good service.

I'm sure I could have got a bit more money for my car by trying other ways of selling it, but right now, I have too much else going on to have to deal with the faff of selling an MOT failure, which I now discover had previously been an insurance write-off.
